BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 561

DECLARING MONDAY, 03 SEPTEMBER 2018, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF IRIGA, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR

WHEREAS, on 03 September 2018, a Monday, the City of Iriga, Province of Camarines Sur, will mark the celebration of its 50" founding anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Iriga be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 03 September 2018, a special (non-working) day in the City of Iriga, Province of Camarines Sur.
