PROCLAMATION NO. 562

RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE COMPOSTELA CENTRAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN POBLACION, COMPOSTELA, DAVAO DEL NORTE, ISLAND OF MINDANAO. :

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Depart- ment of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON Cc. AQUINO, Presi- dent of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the Compostela Central Elementary School under the administration of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, subject to private rights, if any there be, certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in Poblacion, Compostela, Davao del Norte, Island of Mindanao, and more particularly deseribed and bounded as follows:
