MALACAAN MANILA Mf-N I (p 10 PROCLAMATION NO. 563 DECLARING THE PERIOD 12 APRIL 1995 TO 11 APRIL 1996 AS "CENTRAL LUZON STATE UNIVERSITY (CLSU) ALUMNI YEAR" AND AUTHORIZING THE CLSU AND THE CLSU ALUMNI ASSOCIATION, INC. !CLSUAAI) TO CONDUCT A NATIONWIDE FUND CAMPAIGN DURING SAID PERIOD WHEREAS, the CLSU, has served the nation by providing relevant and high quality education since its establishment in 1907, and in theprocess, produced distinguished Filipinos working here and abroad; WHEREAS, the CLSUAAI is engaged in a meritorious program to: establish a multi-purpose CLSU _\lumni Convention, Recreational and Service Center which shall provide facilities to help link up CLSU alumni and friends here and abroad; a. b. generate and assistantships; student scholarships and manage provide socialarea. voluntary services to and CLSU c. free technical alumni, and assistanceindigents in and the WHEREAS, the CLSUAAI needs the support of the general the citizenry in accomplishing said worthy endeavor. public and NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare the period 12 April 1995 to 11 April 1996 as "Central Luzon State University Alumni Year" as well as authorize the CLSU and the CLSUAAI to undertake a nationwide fund campaign during said period.
