PROCLAMATION NO. 563

AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 331, DATED JUNE 20, 2000, WHICH DECLARED CERTAIN PORTIONS OF LAND WITHIN THE COVERAGE OF PROCLAMATION NO. 255, DATED JUNE 3, 1964 SITUATED IN THE BARRIOS OF SAN RAFAEL, SAN MIGUEL AND ARMENIA, TARLAC OPEN FOR DISPOSTION FOR THE AFP OFF- BASE HOUSING PROGRAM BY MODIFYING THE MODE OF DISPOSITION FROM REPUBLIC ACT NO. 730 TO ACT NO. 3038 DATED MARCH 9, 1922

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 331 dated 20 June 2000, which declared certain portions of land within the coverage of Proclamation No. 255 dated June 3, 1964 situated in the Barrios of San Rafael, San Miguel and Armenia, City of Tarlac, Island of Luzon, open for disposition for the AFP Off-Base housing program, by modifying the mode of disposition from Republic Act (R.A.) No. 730 to Act No. 3038 dated 09 March 1922, in relation to R.A. No. 274 and the pertinent provisions of the Public Land Act, subject to private rights, if any there be.
