PROCLAMATION NO. 5%

AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 776 DATED APRIL 2, 1996 WHICH RESERVED A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN OF THE GOVERNMENT SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TANAY, PROVINCE OF RIZAL, ISLAND OF LUZON FOR HOUSING SITE PURPOSES OF THE EMPLOYEES OF THE DEPARTMENTS OF ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES (DENR), INTERIOR AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT (DILG), NATIONAL DEFENSE (DND), EDUCATION, CULTURE AND SPORTS (DECS), AND TRANSPORTATION AND COMMUNICATION (DOTC) BY INCLUDING THE EMPLOYEES OF THE OFFICES OF THE PRESIDENT AND THE PRESIDENTIAL MANAGEMENT STAFF AS BENEFICIARIES OF THE SAID HOUSING PROJECT

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 776 dated April 2, 1996 which reserved a certain parcel of land of the private domain of the government situated at the Municipality of Tanay, Province of Rizal, Island of Luzon for housing site purposes of the employees of the Departments of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), Interior and Local Government (DILG), National Defense (DND) Education, Culture and Sports (DECS), now Department of Education (DepEd), and Transportation and Communication (DOTC), by including the employees of the Offices of the President and the Presidential Management Staff as beneficiaries of the said housing project.

All other provisions of Proclamation No. 776 shall remain in force and effect.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
