BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 564

DECLARING MONDAY, 10 SEPTEMBER 2018, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF QUIRINO

WHEREAS, Republic Act No. 6394 constituted the Province of Quirino on 10 September 1971;

WHEREAS, on 10 September 2018, a Monday, the Province of Quirino will mark the celebration of its founding anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Quirino be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 10 September 2018, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Quirino.
