BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 565

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, MARCH 10, 2004, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TANAUAN, BATANGAS

WHEREAS, Wednesday, March 10, 2004, marks the 3 Foundation Day anniversary of the City of Tanauan, Batangas;

WHEREAS, March 9 marks the birth anniversary of former President Jose P. Laurel;

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tanauan be given full opportunity to celebrate these two (2) occasions with appropriate ceremonies. ~

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, March 10, 2004, as special (non-working) day in the City of Tanauan, Batangas.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
