PROCLAMATION NO. 566

DECLARING FRIDAY, MAY 7, 2004, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SAN PABLO

WHEREAS, Friday, May 7, 2004, marks the 64” Foundation Day anniversary of the City of San Pablo;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of San Pablo be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their city’s history with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, May 7, 2004, as special (non-working) day in the City of San Pablo.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
