INC. TO CONDUCT A NATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN UP TO aes JANUARY 29, 1991

WHEREAS, the EPHPHETA Foundation for the Blind, Inc. was last authorized under Proclamation No. 379 dated February 27, 1989, to conduct a national fund campaign up to January 29, 1990;

WHEREAS, the EPHPHETA Foundation for the Blind, Inc. needs more time to raise more funds for its laudable goal;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines,, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorize anew the EPHPHETA Foundation for the Blind, Inc. to conduct a national fund campaign during the period from the date hereof up to January 29, 1991. ° ’

For this purpose, all donations, bequests, gifts received: by the EPHPHETA Foundation for the Blind, Inc. for the implementation ——_——-ef—its—programs~and-activities—shatt—be free from-alt- forms -of taxes-——---——- , and shall be deductible in full from the income.of the donor for, ’ purposes of computing his income tax liability, subject to the pertinent provisions of Section 94 (a) (3) and (b) (2) and 29 (h) (2) (C) (i) of the National Internal Revenue Code, as amended.
