PROCLAMATION NO. 568

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, MARCH 10, 2004, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BUKIDNON

WHEREAS, Wednesday, March 10, 2004, marks the 87" Foundation Day anniversary of the Province of Bukidnon;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Bukidnon be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their province's history with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, March 10, 2004, as special (non-working) day in the Province of Bukidnon.
