BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 568

DECLARING FRIDAY, 5 APRIL 2013, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN

WHEREAS, Friday, 5 April 2013, marks the 433 “Agew na Pangasinan’, the commemoration of the Foundation Day anniversary of the Province of Pangasinan;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Pangasinan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Friday, 5 April 2013, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Pangasinan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
