BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 568

DECLARING SATURDAY, 15 SEPTEMBER 2018, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BULACAN

WHEREAS, on 15 September 2018, a Saturday, the Province of Bulacan will mark the celebration of the 120" anniversary of the inauguration of the Malolos Congress; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Bulacan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with

appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Saturday, 15 September 2018, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Bulacan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
