PROCLAMATION NO. 569

DECLARING TUESDAY, 7 MAY 2013, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SAN PABLO

WHEREAS, the City of San Pablo marks the commemoration of its 73 Charter Day anniversary on Tuesday, 7 May 2013:

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of San Pablo be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Tuesday, 7 May 2013, as a special (non-working) day in the City of San Pablo
