MUNICIPALITY OF MALITA, PROVINCE OF DAVAO, PHILIPPINES.
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 1826 of the Revised Aduinistrative Code, ss amended by Republic Act Ho. 5092, I, FERDINAND &. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sole, scttlenment 4nd other disposition and establish as EASTERN MALITA FOREST RESERVE, subject to private rights, if any there be, the reels of public domain known as Tisberland, Davao Lani vlassification Project No. 6-N, situated in the municipality of Malita, Province of Davao, Philippinés, demarcated sand Established under Forestry Administrative Order No. 4-995. gsted January 12, 1962, for wood production, watershed, Boil protection and other forest purposes under the sdninise tration and control of the Director of Porestry who shall mAve the authority tc regulate the use and necupancy of srid forest Neserve and the eutting, collection and ranoval of binder sad other forest products therein in accordance with forest laws and regulations.
The aforementioned pareels of public domain are shown and More particularly deseribod in the attached Bureau of HMorestry Man D.C.-249, conprisinys the Timberland of the Bforemcntioncd Davao Land Classification Project Mo. 5-N, eontaining an arca of SIXTEEN THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY f (16,884) HECTARES, more or less.
