BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO.570

DECLARING TUESDAY, 30 APRIL 2013, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF DAGUPAN

WHEREAS, the City of Dagupan marks the celebration of the 12" Bangus Festival on April 20 — May 5, 2013;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City of Dagupan participate in the event, the Office of the Mayor requested that Tuesday, 30 April 2013 be declared as a special (non-working) day in the City of Dagupan;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Dagupan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Tuesday, 30 April 2013, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Dagupan.
