BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 570

DECLARING MONDAY, 17 SEPTEMBER 2018, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BONTOC, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE

WHEREAS, on 16 September 2018, a Sunday, the Municipality of Bontoc, Mountain Province, will mark the celebration of its founding anniversary:

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the Municipality of Bontoc, to celebrate the occasion, the Office of the Mayor and the Sangguniang Bayan of the Municipality of Bontoc requested that 17 September 2018, a Monday, instead of 16 September 2018 which falls on a Sunday, be declared a special (non-working) day; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Bontoc be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 17 September 2018, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Bontoc, Mountain Province.
