RESERVING AS PERMANENT FORESTS CERTAIN PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED JIN NUEVA ECIJA, NUEVA VIZCAYA, BONTOC, CAGAYAN, BULACAN, PANGASINAN, QUEZON, LAGUNA, CAMARINES SUR AND ILOILO.

Upon the recommendation of the Director of Forestry and approval of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of Section 1826 of the Revised Administrative Code, as amended by Republic Act No. 3092, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale and settlement and set aside as permanent forest reserves, subject to private rights, if there be any, certain parcels of the public domain more particularly described as follows:
