BY THRE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 573

DECLARING FRIDAY, 3 MAY 2013, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAUAN, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Bauan, Batarigas, marks the celebration of “Sublian Festival” on Friday, 3 May 2013;

WHEREAS. it is but fitting and proper that the seople of the Municipality of Bauan, Batangas be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Friday, 3 May 2013, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Bauan, Batangas.
