DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 19 JUNE 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF LAOAG, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE

WHEREAS, on 19 June 2024, Wednesday, the City of Laoag, Province of llocos Norte will mark the celebration of its Charter Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Laoag be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare . Wednesday, 19 June 2024, a special (non-working) day in the City of Laoag, Province of Ilocos Norte.
