MALACANANG MANILA tt=-A1 BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 575 AUTHORIZING THE TAHANAN OUTREACH PROJECTS & SERVICES, (TOPS), TO CONDUCT A NATIONWIDE EDUCATIONAL AND CAMPAIGN FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR. INC. FUND WHEREAS, uder Proclamation No. 354, series of 1994, the Tahanan Outreach Projects & Services, Inc. (TOPS), in order to enabl it to raise sufficient funds to attain the laudable goals of mainstreaming disadvantaged children, normalizing socially maladjusted YOI..lth, hand-in-hand with his family through innova,tive approaches, dynamic strategies, positive attitudes and skills, is fl!rth'er authorized to conduct a national f~,lnd campaign for the period from April 11, 1994 to April 11, 1995, serving as a model for related rehabilitation outreach programs. WHEREAS, the Tahanan Outreach Projects & Services, Inc. (TOPS), as the only private, non-profit organization with objectives directed to these noble ends and supplements and suopor'ts the program of government along these 1 ines, deserves nationwide support and neec') the additional time to raise funds; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorize t-he Tahanan Outreach Projects & Services, Inc.
