PROCLAMATION NO. 575

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, MARCH 31, 2004, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SIPALAY, NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

WHEREAS, Wednesday, March 31, 2004, marks the 3% Charter Day anniversary of the City of Sipalay, Negros Occidental;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of the City of Sipalay be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their City’s history with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, March 31, 2004, as special (non-working) day in the City of Sipalay, Negros Occidental.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
