BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 576

DECLARING MONDAY, 17 SEPTEMBER 2018, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR

WHEREAS, on 17 September 2018, a Monday, the Province of Zamboanga del Sur will mark its 66"" founding anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Zamboanga del Sur be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 17 September 2018, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Zamboanga del Sur.
