BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 577

DECLARING TUESDAY, 18 SEPTEMBER 2018, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF VICTORIA, PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL

MINDORO

WHEREAS, on Tuesday, 18 September 2018, the Municipality of Victoria, Province of Oriental Mindoro, will mark the celebration of its founding anniversary;

and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Victoria be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 18 September 2018, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Victoria, Province of Oriental Mindoro.
