PROCLAMATION NO. 579 AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 136, DATED MARCH 12, 1955, WHICH RESERVED FOR NURSERY SITE PURPOSES BY SEGREGATING CER- TAIN PORTION OF LAND EMBRACED THEREIN AND RESEHVING THE SAME FOR MARKET SITE PURPOSES UNDER THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF ILAGAN, PROVINCE OF ISABELA, ISLAND OF LUZON \ Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment andNatural Resources and by v;irtue of thep::>wers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. R'\MOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 136, dated March 12, 1955, which reserved for nursery site purposes by segregating cer- tain portion of land embraced therei~~ situated at Barangay Baligatan, Municipality of Ilagan, Province of Isabela, Island of Luzon, which portion -is more particularly des- cribed as follows: 7464-A, Csd-O2-007395 (Market Site) No. A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot No. 7464-A, Csd-02-007395, equi-valent to Lot No. 21823, portion of Lot 7464, Csd-403 which is formerly a portion of Lot No. 11, Ts-205 as surveyed for the proposed market site for the Municipal Government of Ilagan, Isabela, situated in the Barrio of Baligatan, Muni- cipality of Ilagan, Province of Isabela, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the NE.and E along lines 1-2-3 by Lot No. 7464-B, Csd-02-007395; on the SW., along ines 3-4-5-6-7-8 by Baligatan Creek; on the NW., along line 8-1 by National Road. Beginning at a point marked" 1" of plan being S. 63- 41 W., 1286.84 m. from B.L.L.I'-l.
