BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO, 579

CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING WHICH STANDS ON A LAND, LOCATED AT SHAW BOULEVARD CORNER SAN MIGUEL AVENUE, ORTIGAS CENTER, PASIG CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), || BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution Nos. 00-411 (s. 2000) and 10-081 (s. 2010) of the PEZA Board of Directors, an existing building, as an Information Technology (IT) Center, known as One San Miguel Avenue Condominium, which stands on a land, located at Shaw Boulevard corner San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, containing an area of One Thousand Five Hundred Sixty-Eight (1,568) Square Meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

Lot 8, Block 14, (LRC) Psd-105493 (Rel-00-001441) TCT No. PT-99585

A parcel of land (as described on relocation survey pian, Rel-00-001441, being a relocation of Lot 8, Block 14, [LRC] Psd-105493, LRC Record No. 699, 875 & 917), situated in Brgy. of {Oranbo) San Antonio, City of Pasig, Metro Manila, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the SW., & W., along lines 1 to 3 by Road Lot 31, Psd-9027 (Shaw Boulevard); on the NW., along line 3-4 by Road Lot 1 (San Miguel Avenue); on the NE., along line 4-5 by Lot 7; on the SE., along line 5-6 by Lot 7, both of Block 14, all of (LRC) Psd-105493; and on the SW., along line 6-1 by Road Lot 31, Psd-9027 (Shaw Boulevard).

All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by PS cyl. conc. mons. 15x40 cm.; bearings true; date of original survey, 08 April 1920 to 21 February 1921; that of the relocation survey, 04 January 2010 and approved on 01 February 2010.
