Proclamation No. 58, s. 1992 - Signed on September 24, 1992: Amending Proclamation No. 57 dated September 22, 1992 declaring a state of public calamity in the provinces of Ilocos Sur, Ilocos Norte, Abra and Laoag city which suffered heavily due to the adverse effects of tropical storm "Maring", to include therein the provinces of Cagayan, Isabela, Kalinga-Apayao, Quirino and Batanes.
