• MALACANANG Manila }1fll1l(,3t BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 582 RETIREMENT DECLARING TUESDAY, JULY 4, 1995, AS "PHILIPPINE AUTHORITY DAY" WHEREAS, the Philippine Retirement Authority will cele- brate its Tenth (10th) Anniversary on July 4, 1995, under the theme ~ Integrity ~ Productivity "Towards _lf- Improvemen~, Self-Sufficiency ~ S~lf-Reliance ~ ~ GOCC"; WHEREAS, PRA has dynamically improved and phenomenally achieved self-sufficiency and self-reliance through in- creased productivity and a high sense of integrity in the public service despite a lean budget and organization; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of thePhilippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Tuesda)T, July 4, 1995, as the "Philippine Retirement Authority Day".
