CREATING AND DESIGNATING A PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED ALONG C. P. GARCIA ROAD, BARANGAY U. P. CAMPUS, DILIMAN, QUEZON CITY AS _ INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PARK PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, as amended, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate as Information Technology Park, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and Resolution No. 01-263 dated 27. September 2001 of the PEZA Board of Directors, a parcel of land located along C. P. Garcia Road, Barangay U. P. Campus, Diliman, Quezon City, consisting of FIFTY THOUSAND THIRTY FIVE (50,035) SQUARE METERS, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

A parcel of land (Lot 42-C-6-B, Psd-00-062048, being a portion of Lot 42-C-6 (LRC) Psd-174313, LRC Record No. 7672), situated in Barangay U. P. Campus, Diliman, Quezon City, Metro Manila, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the SE, SW, NW, along lines 1-2-3-4-5-6-7 by Lot 42-C-6-A of the subdivision plan; on the NW along lines 7-8-9- 10-11-12-13 by C. P. Garcia; on the NE, along lines 13-14-15-16- 17-18-1 by Lot 42-C-11, (LRC) Psd-174313 (Katipunan Road).
