BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO, 282

DECLARING MONDAY, 17 JUNE 2013 AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF LAPU-LAPU

WHEREAS, Monday, 17 June 2013 marks the 52°° Year anniversary of the City of Lapu-Lapu;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Lapu- Lapu be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Monday, 17 June 2013 as a special (non-working) day in the City of Lapu-Lapu.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
