. WHEREAS, the authority of the philippine Foundation ~ for the Rehabilitation of the Disabled (PFRD) to conduct a national fund campaign was extended under Proclamation } : No. 403, dated April 19, 1989; ©

WHEREAS, further ettansion of PFRD's fund drive will enable it to effectively realize its laudable objectives;

: NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby extend the national fund campaign period of the Philippine Foundation for the Rehabilitation of Disabled

For this purpose, all donations, bequests, ‘gifts “the Philippine Foundati ra ao of Disabled for the implementation of its programs and * sate activities shall be free from all forms of taxes and shail be deductible in full from the income of the donor for purposes of computing his income tax liability, subject to the pertinent provisions of Section 94 (a) (3) and (b) (2) and 29 (h) (2) (C) (i) of the National Internal Revenue Code, as amended.
