BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 586

DECLARING TUESDAY, 16 OCTOBER 2018, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CALBAYOG, PROVINCE OF SAMAR

WHEREAS, on 16 October 2018, a Tuesday, the City of Calbayog, Province of Samar, will mark the celebration of its Charter Day; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Calbayog be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 16 October 2018, a special (non-working) day in the City of Calbayog, Province of Samar.
