BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 588

DECLARING FRIDAY, 12 OCTOBER 2018, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PILAR, PROVINCE OF SORSOGON

WHEREAS, on 12 October 2018, a Friday, the Municipality of Pilar, Province of Sorsogon, will mark the celebration of its founding date; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Pilar be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 12 October 2018, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Pilar, Province of Sorsogon.
