PROCLAMATION NO. 589 DECLARING AS CIVIL RESERVATION FOR STOCKFARM AND RESEARCH CENTER SITE OF THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE, REGION XI, DAVAO CITY, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN LOCATED IN THE MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF MARILOG, DAVAO CITY Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and pursuant to Section 18 of Presidential Decree No. 705, otherwise known as the Revised Forestry Code of the Philippines, as amended, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, Presi- dent of the. For this purpose, a five-year de..yelopment plan shall be submitted to the Office of the President of the Philippines by the Regional Director, Department of Agricul-ture, Region XI, Davao City, within one (1) year from theapproval hereof, furnishing the Department of Environment andNatural Resources and Forest Management Bureau copiesthereof. In the event that the area is no longer needed for the purpose stated, or its development has already been apandoned for a period of two (2) years, this proclamation -is auto- matically withdrawn, revoked, or cance,lled and the subject area is reverted to its original status as part and parcel of the forest land. .
