CREATING AND DESIGNATING A_ BUILDING, LOCATED AT THE RECLAMATION AREA, BACOLOD CITY, NEGROS OCCIDENTAL, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995. as amended by RA No, 8748. and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), |, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building, suoject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-414 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution No. 05-341 (s. 2005) and Resolution No. 08-563 (s. 2008) of the PEZA Board of Directors, ta be known as the SM City Bacolod iT Canter. which stands on several parcels of land located at the Reclamation Area. Bacolod City, Negros Occidental, containing an area of One Hundred Forty-Four Thousand Five Hundred Three (144,503) Square Meters, more or less, as an Information Technology Center.
