Proclamation No. 59, s. 1992 - Signed on September 24, 1992: Further amending Proclamation No. 41 dated September 9, 1992, as amended, declaring a state of public calamity in the provinces of Bataan, Pangasinan, La Union, Nueva Vizcaya, Mt. Province and the cities of Baguio, Dagupan and Olongapo which were heavily affected by tropical depression "Gloring" and "Huaning" and tropical storm "Isang", to also include therein the province of Benguet.
