• MALACANANq Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 590 RESERVING FOR THE NATIONAL USAFIP-NL MILITARY SHRINE PARK SITES PURrOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PROVINCE OF LA UNION, ISLAND OF LUZON AND THELUNA, Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition, or settle- ment and reserve for National USAFIP-NL Military Shrine and Park sites purposes, subjct to private rights if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain, subject to future survey situated in the Municipality of Luna, Pro- vince of La Union, Island of Luzon, which is more particularly described as follows: Lot 20743, Cad-775-D A PARCEL OF LAND Lot 20743, Cad-775-D, situated in the Municipality of Luna, Province of La Union, Island of Luzon.
