PROCLAMATION NO. 591

DECLARING MONDAY, 08 OCTOBER 2018, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF KORONADAL, PROVINCE OF SOUTH COTABATO

WHEREAS, on 08 October 2018, a Monday, the City of Koronadal, Province of South Cotabato, will mark its 18'" Charter Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Koronadal be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 08 October 2018, a special (non-working) day in the City of Koronadal, Province of South Cotabato.
