DECLARING bey Abani JULY 1, 1990, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF DIPOLOG

WHEREAS, Sunday, july 1, 1990, marks the foundation anniversary oi the city; =

4 WHEREAS, considering its historical significance, the people of the City of Dipoiog should be accorded the opportunity io celebrate the roundation day of-the city in meaningful ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vesied in me by law, do hereby declare Sunday, july 1, 1990, as a special public holiday in the City of Dipolog.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the “seal of the Republic of the Philippines td be affixed.”
