BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 597

DECLARING MONDAY, 15 OCTOBER 2018, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ALLACAPAN, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN

WHEREAS, on 15 October 2018, a Monday, the Municipality of Allacapan, Province of Cagayan will mark the celebration of its founding anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Allacapan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 15 October 2018, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Allacapan, Province of Cagayan.
