DECLARING SATURDAY, 8 OCTOBER 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF KORONADAL, SOUTH

COTABATO

WHEREAS, Saturday, 8 October 2016, marks the 16" Charter Foundation Anniversary of the City of Koronadal;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Koronadal be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Saturday, 8 October 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Koronadal.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
