PROCLAMATION NO. 600

RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN’ SITUATED IN BARANGAY CAMBANOGOY, NOW ASUNCION, DAVAO DEL NORTE, ISLAND OF MINDANAO

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or settlement and reserved for school site purposes under the administration of the Department of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in Barangay Cambanogoy, now Asuncion, Davao del Norte, Island of Mindanao, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND known and identified as Lot No. 738-B, Csd-11- 014522-D portion of Lot No. 738, Cad-283, situated in Barangay Cambanogoy, now Asuncion, Davao de! Norte, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the Northeast along line 19-1 by Lot No. 738-G (Existing Road); on the Southeast along lines 1- 2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11; on the Southwest along lines 11-12-13-14 both by Lot No. 738-C, (Creek), all of Csd-11-014522-D; along lines 14-15-16 by Lot No. 1721, Cad-283; on the Northwest along lines 16-17-18 by Saug River; and along line 18-19 by Lot No. 738-A, Csd-11-014522-D.
