EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 420, DATED JULY 5, 1994, PROCLAMATION NO. 198, DATED JUNE 29, 1993 AND PROCLAMATION NO. 1907 DATED JANUARY 23, 1907, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE CAMP JOHN HAY MILITARY RESERVATION (NOW THE JOHN HAY SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE), A CERTAIN PARCEL EMBRACED THEREIN SITUATED AT LOAKAN ROAD, BAGUIO CITY, ISLAND OF LUZON AND FURTHER DESIGNATING THE SAME FOR OFFICE AND BODEGA SITE OF THE NATIONAL FOOD AUTHORITY
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 420 dated July 5, 1994, Proclamation No. 198 dated June 29, 1993 and Proclamation No. 1907 dated January 23, 1907, which established the Camp John Hay Military Reservation (now the John Hay Special Economic Zone), a certain parcel of the public domain situated at Loakan Road, Baguio City, Island of Luzon and further designating the same for office and bodega site purposes of the National Food Authority, subject to private rights, if there be any, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:
