BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 603

DECLARING FRIDAY, 26 OCTOBER 2018, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF CATANDUANES

WHEREAS, on 26 October 2018, a Friday, the Province of Catanduanes will mark the celebration of its founding anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Catanduanes be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 26 October 2018, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Catanduanes.
