MALACANANG MANILA J.APN /~ BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 604 N THE DECLARING THURSDAY, JUNE 22, CITY OF DAPITAN 1995, AS A SPECIAL DAY WHEREAS, Thursday, June 22, 1995, marks the 32nd Anniversary of the City of Dapitan; Char-ter- WHEREAS, the people of the City of Dapitan wish to celebrate this milestone in their city's history with fitting ceremonies; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, Pesident of the Philippines, by vitue of the powes vested in me by Rook I, Chapte 7, Section 27, of the Administative Code of 1987, do heeby declae Thusday, June 22, 1995, as a spcial day in the City of Dapitan.
