BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 605

DECLARING FRIDAY, 16 AUGUST 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SOLANA, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Solana, Province of Cagayan will mark the celebration of its 173 Founding Anniversary on 18 August 2024, which falls on a Sunday;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the Municipality of Solana to fully participate in the occasion, the Office of the Mayor requested that 16 August 2024, Friday, be declared as a special (non-working) day in lieu of 18 August 2024;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Solana be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 16 August 2024, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Solana, Province of Cagayan.
