BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 606

DECLARING THURSDAY, JULY 19, 1990, AS “MUNICIPALITY OF DIGOS DAY" IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DIGOS, PROVINCE OF PAVAO DEL SUR

WHEREAS, Thursday, July 19, 1990, marks the 41st founding anniversary of Digos, Davao del Sur;

WHEREAS, the residents of Digos desire to celebrate the event with fitting ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of , the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me- by law, do hereby declare Thursday, July 19, 1990, as “Municipality of Digos Day” in said locality. The day, however, shall be a regular working and school day.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the pepibite of the Philippines to be affixed. : *
