DECLARING THURSDAY, 4 JULY 2013, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CADIZ

WHEREAS, the City of Cadiz marks the celebration of its 46" Charter Day anniversary on Thursday, 4 July 2013;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Cadiz be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO ill, do hereby declare Thursday. 4 July 2013, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Cadiz
