DECLARING FRIDAY, 02 NOVEMBER 2018, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF MISAMIS OCCIDENTAL

WHEREAS, on 02 November 2018, a Friday, the Province of Misamis Occidental, will mark the celebration of its founding anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Misamis Occidental be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 02 November 2018, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Misamis Occidental.
