RESERVING FOR OFFICE SITE PURPOSES OF THE PROVINCIAL SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY CENTER A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED AT BARRIO CALUMPANG, GENERAL SANTOS CITY, ISLAND OF MINDANAO

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for office site purposes of the Provincial Science and Technology Center, under the administration of the Department of Science and Technology, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain and situated at Barrio Calumpang, General Santos City, Island of Mindanao, which parcel is more particularly described as follows:

Block 11-A, Csd-11-013082-D (Provincial Science and Technology Center)

A PARCEL OF LAND, Block 11-A, Csd-11-013082-D, portion of Block 11 Ts- 11-000089-D, identical to Lot 801, Ts-11-000089-D, situated at Barrio Calumpang, General Santos City, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the N., along line 2-3 by Road; on the E., and S., along lines 3-4-5 by Block 11-B, of the subdivision plan; and on the W., along lines 5-1-2 by Road. Beginning from appoint marked “1” on plan being S., 32 deg. 23’W., 2,516. ~ m from BLBM No. 1, Makar, thence:

N. 44 deg. 54’E., 4.25 m. to point 2; N. 89 deg. 54’E., 18.00 m. to point 3; S. 00 deg. 05’E., 50.00 m. to point 4; S. 87 deg. 10’W., 21.03 to point 5;

N. 00 deg. 05’W., 48.00 m. to point of

beginning, containing an area of ONE THOUSAND FIFTY SIX (1,056) square meters, more or less. Points 1 and 2 are “Old PS” and the rest are “PS” Cyl. Conc. Mons. 15 x 40 cm. Bearings true. Date of original survey January 6 to March 10, 1992 and that of the Subdivision Survey October 8, 1996 by Geodetic Engineer Anastacio Navato, Jr. and approved on December 23, 1996.
