DECLARING MONDAY, 15 JULY 2013, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CORDILLERA ADMINISTRATIVE REGION (CAR)
WHEREAS, the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) marks its Foundation Day anniversary on Monday, 15 July 2013, with the theme “Bridging One Green Cordillera;”
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of CAR be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
